Background

Wellness Ranch Therapy is an equine-assisted therapy nonprofit focused on mental wellness, healing, and community support. The project focused on identifying SEO opportunities that could improve search visibility, strengthen content relevance, and support long-term organic growth.

The website needed a clearer SEO foundation across keyword targeting, metadata, technical crawlability, local search relevance, internal linking, and structured data. The goal was to translate SEO research into a practical roadmap the organization could implement over time.

I evaluated relevant keyword opportunities around equine-assisted therapy, mental health services, wellness ranch terms, nonprofit therapy services, and local discovery searches. The goal was to align search intent with the site’s core service pages.

Technical SEO Review

The audit reviewed crawlability, indexing readiness, metadata, heading hierarchy, internal linking, mobile usability, image optimization, structured data opportunities, and the need for Google Search Console sitemap submission.

Content Mapping

Keywords were mapped to high-value sections including the homepage, service pages, FAQ content, blog topics, contact page, and local SEO elements to improve relevance and future content planning.
